Its an entire book of porn in the Bible. No negative connotation is given anywhere, nor is there any line in Scripture condemning what those two people are doing.
Sex and sexuality is not a sin. Plenty of things about sex are [adultery, pedophillia, homosexuality, rape, etc etc etc].
But sex isn't. The Lord thy God nowhere speaks against masturbation either. The closest two verses that can be found are a verse about a man pulling out to avoid impregnating his dead brother's wife [which was a moral duty back then], and another verse where Jesus tells married men that looking longingly after a woman to have adultery with her is almost as bad as actually committing adultery with her.
