How should a fascist movement or party in it's infancy be organized?

In this day and age luckily we have the internet, so networking and reaching out to other people would very much help in expansion. First starting off though you'd need a group of friends or at least other like minded people in your area, and build from there. No protesting or marches or anything yet, first goal would be to grow a bit in your local area or state. Could also do networking around at the same time trying to get charters started in other areas far from you

We have five guys myself included, we have a name and a logo.
The areas where we need some help are:

1.- Organic Structure. We know, who is the smartest and most read of the group, the best informed one who can make better use of information, he is our leader. But the rest of the organization is not done, since we are in college and currently on vacation things are momentarily suspended, but coming back we need to start distributing assignments and responsibilities.

What is your group's name if you don't mind saying? And once you get back I'd recommend immediately start on making propaganda, more specifically info graphic type propaganda, but nothing with tons of paragraphs, make it short and sweet and get the point across. Create some sort of contact or social media or website and leave the address on every piece of propaganda as well, allowing people to get in contact with you and maybe join. Other than that talk to any right leaning people you may know and talk to them about it. Here's an example of some propaganda from a group here in America, might want to keep yours somewhat normie friendly though since you're first starting out.

By interests it so more means opposing parties or ideals, so the people's interest disaligning from the state's most likely wouldn't happen unless somehow a marxist or communist takeover happened. Which also most likely would not happen, dealing with opposing parties and such is a problem that is only dealt with in the action of establishing a fascist state.

My grandmother is German and she grew up during the rise of the nazis. She said even back then it was mostly the nobodies that loved the Nazis. Middle class people and others with aristocratic background were far more traditionalist and didn't think much of them. Nazis had the lowest support in districts like Prussia which were the heartlands of the Germans. Fascism has always attracted betas and NEETs.
