Most of these just have a shit ton of water soluble vitamins that you piss down the toilet anyway. Better to just eat right and maybe take a normal multi than optimen and animal packs or whatever

I don't take this, but I do notice that when I stop taking protein supplements by body won't heal properly and my skin chaffs more.

the only supplements that do shit are creatine and fish oil pretty much. take some multivitamins from the local market if you want. any of this other shit doesnt do anything as far as making you have more muscle or be manlier or whatever the fuck. test boosters dont do shit at all. might as well be a placebo. even if alex jones tries to convince you otherwise. if you want to boost your test and see actual results you need to inject actual testosterone. it's probably cheaper too
it doesnt fucking matter what protein supplements you take. protein is protein. better to get it from actual food though because all those powders lie like hell about how much protein they actually contain
Likely BCAAs. It's an alternative to eating chicken breast and wild salmon every day. Though there's a lot of broscience when it comes to supplements in general.
I take those every now and then. It's cheap on Amazon and turns my pee neon colors! Haven't used them when I went to the gym but I'd imagine they would help. And the ingredients list is huge.
