I would not doubt it, but are those cases where a man is on the hook through licensed sperm donation facilities, or just some verbal agreement where a man agrees to screw a dyke to get her pregnant?
When I did a google search, I found a recent case in Kansas where a judge ruled where a man is not liable for child support. Then of course, you will always have a mixed bag of laws varying from state to state.
If an actual licensed clinic can provide a policy in writting to potential, future donors...The man should be safe. It pays some surprising money to those that qualify, and would be worth doing research in order to donate.

1) Certain judges will allow mothers to claim child support from donors if they can show that the donor has accepted fatherhood of the child, and so the mothers can set up guilt traps and encourage their child to speak with the father in order to get it.
2) Donors can't specify the receiver of the sperm, I can't filter out non-whites or lesbians, and as someone that was abused by lesbian "parents" I refuse to ever let something like that happen again.
3) I grow thick hair on my neck and whilst it's a funny idea, I'd be a little worried about releasing so many genuine neckbeards into the world. Just two or three will be enough.
