I visited super dirty city of New York and was shocked at how different blacks there are. They act very different from everyone else. Sometimes friendly, aggressive, rude, loud, and speak in a way different than everyone.
They are not immigrants, but they act so different from others... I also saw a black urinating in the subway platform. I have the impression they are not considerate to others, but New Yorkers seem rude and disorganized as a whole.
