Employment Non-Discrimination Act

>The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) is legislation proposed in the United States Congress that would prohibit discrimination in hiring and employment on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity by employers with at least 15 employees.

Do you think it's fair to fire someone because they're a fag?

Based law
And yes

yes
/thread

wasn't this a king of the hill episode or something? Dale getting a job at hooters because of non-discrimination laws?

FPBP

SPBP

>with atleast 15 employees
Just like other laws, it's almost like all of this bullshit is detrimental to a business. It's just that big enough businesses can soak up the damage.

>Based law

How?

When will the federal government get the fuck out of things like this.

Why can't they leave things up to the states. You know, like the constitution says to.

>Do you think it's fair to fire someone because they're a fag?

Would you want LGBTBP activists taking care of your children?

So here's the thing OP;

As an employer it would be illegal to refuse to hire a nigger or faggot

BUT

it is perfectly legal to fire them 30 seconds into their first day because you feel like they don't fit in.

It's called "probation period", and as long as the grounds aren't illegal, you can fire a person for whatever the fuck reason you want.

And if the employee wants to get uppity about it and sue, it is up to them to prove that you fired them for illegal reasons, not that you fired them for legal ones.

At will employment, baby.

If you're a fag, just shut up about it. Then you won't get fired for it

what if you look gay af?

Kill yourself?

this can't be real

>Do you think it's fair to fire someone because they're a fag?
No, but I think it's fair to fire someone for talking about/bringing up sex in unrelated situations (ie. at work).

Or is it people being fired for different reasons, then they scream discrimination because they are gay?

You should be able to do whatever you want with your business

It's not
It's posted by a super generic named profile with a stock photo

you should be able to deny employment to anyone. Once employed though, you shouldn't be able to just fire someone for no good reason.

>A private business can't hire and fire people for any reason

Man I want to move to Texas.

Fair?
Yes, but too lenient. Make the whole map red and bring back capital punishment.
