Probably Hitler.

Chosen by god

That's what I thought too. Could Jesus Christ compete with Adolf Hitler?

Perikles

Jesus Christ was a false flag by the Jews to convince the goyim into supporting proto-communism. Jesus was not a good man.
He was basically the Bernie Sanders of his day.

Jesus Christ is Adolf Hitler

Not >Lysander

Jesus told his followers that some of them would not taste death until they saw his 2nd coming. (attested in Matthew, Mark, and Luke...it's literally "gospel")

When it became obvious that all of his contemporary followers in fact had died, people began to ask questions.

2nd Peter 3 made a lame attempt to answer this question, saying:

"They will say, 'Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.' ... But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day."

The obvious problem with this is that Peter is essentially straight out saying Jesus was flat-out lying to his followers when he said some of them would not taste death before witnessing his 2nd coming.

Why on earth would the Bible conclude that Jesus lied? At least the Jehovah's Witnesses attempt to explain this away by declaring that Jesus DID come back in 1914 (for some reason) and it's just that nobody noticed (an absolute impossibility considering the absolute cataclysm that is to accompany the 2nd coming according to the Bible.)

Thus the fundamental dilemma. Either Jesus lied, as 2nd Peter 3:4-7 says, OR Jesus failed to predict his own 2nd coming accurately. Either answer is incompatible with being God and the Son of God.

The only reasonable conclusion is that Jesus was a fraud and his millions of followers believe in an obvious lie. The Bible itself gives all the needed proof.

TLDR: either Jesus was a failed prophet or he was a liar, or he was a lunatic. In other words, NOT the greatest.

But Hitler believed in Christ.

Cecil Rhodes

Simply because he was most alpha male in all of history.
He single handedly BTFO pretty much literally everyone with any power to speak of. And who doesnt know the name Caesar?
His very name became synomymous with autonomy, imperialism and strength.
He and his adopted Son Octavian were singlehandedly responsible for one of the greatest turning points in all of history.
Also he has a salad. Thats pretty cool.

probs some fuckin caveman that knew how to find deer really well and/or ambush rivals

why germanica are like this?
its like they try to hide the fact that they are trash

This is way more true than you probably know. This is why the NT authors constantly had Jesus making it such a virtue to be poor. The perfect opiate to millions of dirt poor people is to convince them that poverty is a virtue, that being wealthy is a curse that makes it harder to get into heaven, blessed are the meek, sell all your stuff and give your money to the poor because wealth is holding you back from heaven.

It's one of the greatest scams of all time. Be glad you're in poverty, this means you're one of God's chosen ones, don't rise up, just rejoice!

Muhammad

ITT Heretics and heathens.

>His very name became synomymous with autonomy, imperialism and strength.
in their land while in western asia you have cyrus, Darius, etc

joey diaz cocksuckers

>this triggers the non-white

He also fought on the battlefield with his soldiers on multiple occasions, one of the reasons why his soldiers were so pro-Caesar.
This is a great example of it.

And another at his greatest victory, where he personally led the cavalry charge that won the battle.

Manifest Destiny kiddo. It is the task of the anglo masterrace to rule

sermon on the mountain by r.c sproul is a full book about the sermon, you will find the answer there.
to make it small
there is two comings. 1:the downfall of jerusalem by the romans iirc. 2:the one that will end the world.
at that time he was speaking about the jerusalem one.
btw there are prophecies that get completed twice.

So places that nobody gives a fuck about

Nice Jehovah's Witness book

Mohammad. Inshallah. Allahu Akbar. BOOOOM

If anyone met a man who lived like Jesus they'd instantly recognize him as just another worthless rambling bum.

But even in the East the words Kaisar and Tsar echoed down into living memory. The Sultan of Turkey also had the title Kaisar Rum or however it is in Turkish, just as the British monarchs were known as Kaisar i Hind, or Emperor of India.

Honour to have you here with us, Mister President-Elect!

The nail in the coffin for this argument is the fact that so much of what Jesus told his followers only makes sense in this light, that he was saying the end was litterally just around the corner, and that some of them would witness it.

...Give no thought for the morrow...don't worry about your clothing or food...sell everything you own and give the money to the poor...abandon your friends and family if they don't also follow Jesus...gouge your eyes out if necessary, pull out all the stops...all of these lines confused me until I realized you have to read them in the context that Jesus was telling people that the end literally was at hand, and that some of them would personally witness it go down.

Fucking Christcucks worshipping their favorite Jew

>battle of Sabis
What a badass. Caesar was so awesome, and so were the roman legions.

Also why did all of the parts of the NT that were written AFTER 70 AD completely fail to mention that the 2nd coming Jesus spoke of actually already happened?

The mere fact that all of the biblical authors that wrote AFTER 70 AD failed to mention this "2nd coming happened in 70 AD" theory is solid proof that this argument is completely moot and without merit, and not even worth considering.

Christians have been trying for almost 2,000 years to explain this one away, and have failed at every turn. Most entertaining argument so far is the "Wandering Jew" theory that there actually still is one of Jesus's original followers still wandering the earth, immortal until the 2nd coming.

Fuck yeah Chile bro
Hail General Pinochet

there are two 2nd comings as i said.
If i was Paul and wrote that the second coming already happened lads after jerusalem,People will rise and say there is no need to be ready anymore (for the 2nd coming witch is the end of days one) cause they thought all is well now and didn't know that there is 2nd comings.
that's what i answer from what i understood of you desu

two* 2nd comings

The greatest human is nothing but a slave to evil so there is no such thing as a greatest human. The only path for humans isn't greatness, it's the normalcy of an uncorrupted biologu different from humans. Like Jesus and Mary had.

...

This seems like a really weasely excuse for why none of the NT authors that wrote after 70 AD failed to mention that the thing Jesus promised them they would see in their lifetimes actually did take place.

It's because the authors knew Jesus's and God's followers wouldn't be able to understand the "soft" 2nd coming you refer to because Jesus apparently was a bad communicator and didn't explain this with enough nuance in the first place? That's the excuse you came up with? Seems pretty far fetched.

This goes nowhere in explaining why we have 2nd Peter 3:4-7

"They will say, 'Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.' ... But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day."

And yet none of the authors after 70 AD thought to update this previous weak and problematic excuse for why the 2nd coming hasn't happened yet when all the "ancestors" have in fact died off. Doesn't make sense.

kool g rap

Indeed. This is truly the final redpill and it blows my mind how Sup Forums is so in denial about it.

Christians have had almost 2000 years to come up with an answer to this question, and they still haven't and I doubt ever will.

the simplest answer is what i said, you just say ''no not a good enough reason, not an answer''
you wanted jesus to say jerusalem will fall instead of saying some of you will witness that day,he did when talked about the stones of the temple (idk in english) when he said not even stones will stay the same when was talking about the temple, the temple fell as he said, and the same happened to jerusalem.
still an advice for you to check the book or just check the vods when rc sproul was explaining that part you are talking about.

Alexander the Great tbhq.

You are also ignoring the point that virtually everything Jesus told his followers only makes sense in the context that Jesus himself honestly believed that the 2nd 2nd coming (the one that would end the world) was literally around the corner, and that some of them would witness it themselves.

The complete urgency in which Jesus spoke on this issue utterly demonstrates that he really believed it. So to suggest that he didn't really mean it, that he only meant Jerusalem 70 AD, this is really an embarrassing excuse which actually tarnishes Jesus as a hysterical lunatic that made grave exaggerations for some reason. Why do people (usually alleged believers) resort to this kind of shameful excuse to explain this away?

Why? He was a globalist

He was a faggot too

It's the current year. Why are you mad about joos manipulating everything? I mean, come on!

Matthew 24:

25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

29 “Immediately after the distress of those days

“‘the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[a]
30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[b] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.[c] 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[d] is near, right at the door.

34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.

---------------------------------------

...Until ALL these things have happened...what part of ALL is hard to understand?

Did the sun go dark?
Did the stars fall from the sky?
Were the heavenly bodies shaken?
Did all of the people of the earth mourn when they saw the Son of Man coming out of a cloud?
Did he send his angels who gathered the elect from the four winds?

If this is true, and all of the elect have already been gathered up and taken to heaven, then there's no elect left. Bad luck for all of us Left Behind I guess. I should join the Tribulation Force.
