OP, the world "liberal" in its most literal sense is synonymous with "free." So, in reality, being a liberal is not technically a bad thing. But within the context of Western politics, it has morphed into the exact opposite of its definition. Liberals seek to push for more gov control, gov subsidies, economic control, etc. all while pushing for "personal freedom" in things like abortion, gay marriage, gender pronouns, and tranny "rights" (implying they dont already have as many rights as everybody else).
The problem here and now is that many people agree with the more tame liberal stances, like: abortion and gay marriage, but cannot get behind the radicality of forcing people to limit their speech around certain people (LGBTQ+*&/mlnuwp, or whatever it is now.)
"Redpill" is a general term in the same way that "liberal" has multiple meanings in this modern context. Some "redpillers" recognize the cognitive dissonance of the left and propaganda of the media and therefore seek to transcend it. Others will claim to be full NatSoc and pro-Nazi (these are the edgy fuckers you need to watch out for).
Bottom line is, the redpill is really just the same thing that nig nogs mean when they say "woke" - except in a more conservative sense.
It means the individual is aware of the social tropes we live under, in the most general sense, anyway.

We do NOT need more people in college going for useless degrees. This is my #1 qualm with Sanders. He has these great ideas, but the only way to achieve them is for companies to pay more and more taxes -- America is already the most taxed nation in the world. Like greater than half of college graduates or something have to work at fast food restaurants because there isn't a market for this flood of degrees. We have "successfully" made everyone think that you're useless without at least a bachelors degree. The deeply rooted problem with too much college is that it is destroying birthrates in the West. Going to college = not having kids or having less kids later in your life, which may be a factor contributing to the rise of autism. This college thing is especially true for women -- even just 1 year of college causes a woman's chance of reproducing to drop like a fly. Women need to start having babies or we will see a demographic winter like what's going to happen in Europe.
