we will be doubling our premiums from 500 million to one billion
That will me ~100 new underwriters at 70k a year
100 new claims positions at 50k a year
200 new data entry positions at 35k a year
-20 management positions at 100k + a year
A new bigger office

Other than contractad lawyers our legal department is at corporate back east so we don't have any full time lawyers as part of our expansion in Arizona
However technically with more clients their will be more claims and in general we will probably hier and pay additional council as well
