But this is literally what he tried to do. The repatriation of Jews to Palestine happened from 1933-1939. After that, Germany had no safe access to the North Atlantic nor the Mediterranean. So the Nazis made plans to resettle the Jews in Russia until the war was over. Why would anyone in their right mind, who is trying to kill a group of people, feed these people, clothe them, and finally sink huge amounts of resources gassing them. If you really wanted to kill off a bunch of people effectively, you would do what Eisenhower did to the German POWs, and fence them up and just leave them there to starve.
