People think in solving the short term problem. You keep feeding them over and over again, and not teaching them to be self sustainable. And it's a never ending cycle. You feed them, they reproduce, you need to feed more people, they reproduce...

If you'd bothered to do any research you'd know that poverty levels have decreased quite dramatically thanks to foreign aid and the population does not then boom and create the problem again.

This story repeats itself in every single time development aid is given. The poorest people in the world are being held hostage by their corrupt dictators, who know fully well that the cucked western nations will let them line their pockets for the privilege of feeding their hostages.

There are only two real ways to help the third world:
1. Have foreign aid held in escrow until demands for regime change or policy improvements are met.
2. Stop foreign aid all together and let the dictators get eaten by their subjects.

Giving aid creates a perpetual cycle of expecting gibs and high birth rates. So much so that there are kids in Africa named World Food Program (read it in the book 40 chances).

Give it time and the population will reach a balance between supply and demand of food.
