The Bushes and Clinton started the joke, Obama gave the weakest punchlines. Look up his recipients. He gave it to Oprah, Degeneres, and Bruce Springsteen. He gave it to people who sucked his cock on the campaign trail and didn't really contribute to society. Any actor or musician who receives it can be thrown in the trash. Bill Cosby has one for crying out loud. There are a lot of Astronauts, military members, and intellectuals who have received the award, but Obama definitely escalated the appointments that were based on people who were popular with his voting blocs or who sucked him off on the campaign trail.
