Windsor is a pretty big shithole I've been living there for the past 3 years going to school there. The amount of homeless people in the downtown core is comparable with detroit's downtown. Gilbert has really cleaned up detroits downtown although if you stray too far east or west from woodward you start heading into nigger territory. The busses and streets of windsor are filled with junkies and methadone addicts trading their medication on the city bus, it's fucking disgusting.
