I don't know man. Every time I went to major parts of Germany a bus/train/tram 3 day pass was only around $40. They went everywhere, were on time, and quick. If you wanted a decent car at a price around the taxi without the b/s, you should have used black lane.
But Europe is great with public trans. Shit in Ireland, you can get hop-on-hop-off, train, bus, and tram 3 day passes for around $20. And bike rental stations fucking everywhere.

It costs less to live here for a year (all expenses included) than it did for me to pay for a year of housing at a big 10 uni.
