Per capita, my illiterate slav friend is the world you're looking for, and PPP is exactly the purchasing power of the currency of said country compared to the Dollar. Therefore; shitholes that need to devalue their currency to stay competitive are the ones that benefit the most with PPP, while having a terrible Nominal GDP most of the time.
For that reason, PPP is generally useless when comparing countries as a whole given the different monetary policies
