Yeah, but I tend not to start with this considering people need to be warmed up to in-group and out-group discussions. There are good examples of this, such as the ethnic Malay/Indian/Chinese issues in Malaysia, and "Little Indias" in places like Singapore and elsewhere that are problematic.
