As somebody who lived in South Dakota for 7 years I'll tell you that the indians are basically the niggers of that area.
I grew up in North Dakota.
On a statewide scale it looks and generally is pretty great, but once you get down to a local level things fall apart.
Corruption in particular is rampant at the local level.
Unfortunately, the only good example I have at hand is that I have two family members who were basically handed cushy public service jobs almost exclusively due to nepotism.

Running over protestors is already easy and legal if you're not retarded. Depending on conditions, like if there is only a couple of them or at night or no traffic, just floor it right through them. If there are a lot of them then creep up to them, let them aggressively beat your car, then floor it in fear of your life.
