I would say anyone to do anything important with the state, military, political positions, certain other groups would probably automatically make them apart of the party. As for the regular citizens application for them would be highly encouraged by the state, not representing yourself as part of the state is only going to cause trouble for you.

Because believe me, if he has done something to wrong the state and strayed away from the path of fascism, it would not be a minority of people wanting to revolt. It is not confirmed what would happen in the situation of a corrupt leader, fascism is against all forms of corruption and stops at nothing to prevent it from leaking into the society. So the idea of a leader being corrupt is very unusual, revolution is most certainly not inevitable, it doesn't have to happen that way. In the best case scenario his advisors would remove him.

Do you think a clear ethnic identity is absolutely necessary for achieving Fascism/National Socialism in a nation?
For example, what about Latin America, which is mostly composed by mestizos and mixed races? There is no clear ethnic identity and in some places not even a clear culture (Mexico's actual culture goes back at most 300 years, aztecs and mayans are irrelevant)
Also, how can Fascism be implemented in a country where corruption runs rampant in each and every single level of the population? That could even be considered part of the culture or the general mindset of the population.
Also, how can a Fascist state get rid of a leader that has become corrupt and no longer is looking for the best for its people, but his own personal gain?

I personally only believe 1-1.5 million died, so in my view maybe a few were executed by officers unknowingly, because if higher ups knew that officer most certainly would've been arrested. Democratic elections do not give a option against peaceful revolution. The US and most of the Western world is stuck with a few political parties all brought out or having to appease certain (((Groups))) to have any chance at "running" the country.

The country fascism is being established in, the nation's ethnic group must be the large majority. However in your countrys case, I would not recommend a case system. I'd recommend simply go about your business, the lower races who prove their loyalty to the cause and nation will be welcomed. Simply remove the resisters, and keep anyone who supports you and aids.
Ridding of corruption, the fascist state must be established. Corruption will have to be fought against, and until you've won that battle you can't begin to finally remove that mindset from the people.
A leader who is truly corrupt and has gone against the state is now punishable by death, the chances of this happening are so slim as the leader would know what the consequences are, and should've been a steadfast ward against these temptations from the start. If hes gone rogue, he will not last long. Either forcibly or willingly resigns, or faces death by his own people.
