To have a 75+1 majority, he needs a coalition. All parties already said they rather make a coalition with 4/5 parties than a 2 party coalition with him. Its either that, or they just sabotage each other for max 4 years
In the second case. To change to constitution, he needs 100 votes of the 150. Then he can apply for a constitution change, with then has the be accepted by a majority of the senate. Then the whole fucking parliament has to be dismantled and new votes start. Then the new parliament needs another 75+1 votes and a majority in the senate to fucking accept the change in constitution. i.e. this will never happen
