If we're going to build special lanes for them yes, also they need to be ticketed for running red lights since it is technically illegal but I see cops ignore it all the time.

Yes. I fucking hate those faggots who nearly bump into you on a sidewalk. Maybe giving them license plates would make them feel less anonymous and thus more careful.

1) the revenue generated can fund upgrades to roads to make them more bike friendly and build dedicated bike paths

2) too many cyclists believe they are special snowflakes who the rules do not apply to.

Just the other day while running in the evening I almost ran into a bike I could not see in the dark on the wrong side of the trail and with no lights, I told him to watch where he was going and get a light and continued on my way.

The cunt then chased after me for a whole block hurling abuse and denying any laws applied to him.

On two occasions I've had near misses with bikes running red lights.
