Some of the fastest growing economies are in Africa. The tide will turn when the African people start working together, perhaps shifting the basis of their economies to more of a financial industry rather than relying on raw materiel like oil or precious metals which are finite.
In the next decade or so we will start to see rising economic hubs throughout Africa. Nigeria will be the most prominent, perhaps Zambia, Botswana and Ghana as well.

As the living conditions rise on the African continent their rate of births to deaths will become nominal. I very much doubt billions of Africans will be making their way to Europe as their own countries will now steadily become better places to live. Of course the greatest threat, which seems to be the foothold on African development, is corruption. Many governments are completely rife with it. Of course this is an issue for the African people to settle themselves not the west's problem.
All in all things will steadily get better in Africa, spearheaded of course by the rising economic hubs, the ones I previously stated, that will aid other nations and bring them up to a decent standard of living.

We have to "recolonize" the place and teach them how stuff works. This time, we have to focus on education for 4 entire generations, so that the old grandpas, the dads, the young men and the teenager have the same quality education and can pass it along to keep the shitty continent going. First I would actually cull the population through starvation, reducing their population by 80% and then they can try starting again in a reasonable manner. As that, the population in the south would stay alive and kill everything in the north to create a buffer zone for the future, shielding Europe from the brown horde.
