>Almost three-quarters of Americans think President-elect Donald Trump should release his tax returns, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll.
>Seventy-four percent say Trump should release his tax returns, which the president-elect refused to do during his campaign. At his first post-election press conference last week, Trump argued that no one but members of the media care about his tax returns, reiterating that he won't release them while he's under federal audit.
>He also argued that he could run his businesses and the government simultaneously, but has decided against it, putting his two adult sons in charge.
>Americans are divided on whether Trump and those surrounding him are adhering to federal ethics laws. Forty-three percent believe they are, while 43 percent believe they are not.
I know i could give a fuq myself. He can do whatever the fuq he wants as long as he brings me a jerb.
Joshua Rogers
To quote Hillary "What does it matter at this point?"
Cooper Bennett
Oh look another poll.
Daniel Nelson
>Washington post >poll
Regardless its not like those 74% would actually read the fucking thing. His returns are probably thousands of papers. They would just listen to whatever dribble comes out of CNNs ass
Angel Nelson
I'll respond by quoting Donald Trump: >"What do you have to lose?"
Every American citizen should be able to review his tax returns for transparency's sake.
Henry Lee
How did they question 74% of the population? Even kids too?
Bentley Lewis
>2017 >polls
Isaac Cruz
If you took a statistics course you'd understand how it works.
Charles Allen
Correct me if i am wrong but doesn't Trump get audited every year?
Adam Hernandez
They apparently fucked up the presidential polls with a shit sample so....
Levi Hill
>remember all those fake polls that were totally wrong? >look at this poll!
Camden Richardson
Almost 3/4 of Americans were supposed to vote for Hillary too.
Hudson Bailey
...
Luis Allen
I just asked about 80 people here at work ( target warehouse). All of them said they don't give a fuck . So 100% of working class Americans don't give a fuck.
Justin Watson
>""""""""""""""""""ethics laws""""""""""""""""""
as if anyone in D.C. is doing anything that could be remotely described as "ethical"
Jack Nguyen
You faggots should go show ISIS you're not prejudice and you can tell them that the evil white Christian sux!
Brahhahahahaha!
Julian Wood
Kek has spoken.
Joshua Green
>ABC/Washington Post Poll Fake news
Robert Hill
They're going to get them on the 20th of January anyway.
There's just 0% chance that he has done anything illegal. He gets audited all the time, and he has had everyone from the RNC to the IRS breathing down his neck for years now. If he was breaking the law or doing anything shady, we would certainly know about it by now.
But the truth is that there's probably something in these documents (although nothing that serious). The chances are that he's just not as rich as he claims. That's maybe why he has refused to release them up to this point. Although I'd love to be proven wrong and find out that he was only keeping them from the media to fuck with the shitty journalists.
Austin Morgan
>If you took a statistics course you'd understand how it works. Actually, user is correct. they cant prove 74% of the population wants to see tax returns.
All this study can say is 74% of the people whom were sampled said they wanted to see the tax returns.
This is how the WP polls were rigged in the first place
No, but why shouldn't he if the majority of Americans want to see it? What does he have to hide?
Justin Powell
>what does he have to hide? I dunno user. Whats in your internet history? you want to just show the entire US your browsing history? I dont mean what your browsing history is now, I mean showing the entire US every record of every website you visited over the last year.
I didnt think so. >user will just say he doesnt care if everyone sees his browsing history"
Angel Jenkins
He's not obligated in any way to release personal information.
Isaiah Perry
how does it feel to want? Because he isn't legally required to.
Jordan Cooper
>74 percent of NY or Cali
Really makes me think of fake news
Robert Lee
(((The Hill))) fuck off with your blog posts
Colton Jones
It doesn't matter, he's the president. We should know everything about this guy, especially relevant stuff like "do you have investments in foreign countries that could lead to a conflict of interest."
Dominic Smith
This. Also how many people took part in this poll and what was the average blackground of them?
Jason Sanders
I know Sup Forums is bootlicker for Trump but it's honestly a pretty reasonable request to ask to see his tax return
Brody Reed
>demand to see Trump's tax returns >he releases them >can't make heads or tails of them because American corporate tax law is more complicated than 4d backwards calculus >decide to listen to whatever CNN and other news sites tell me I should think about them >don't know what the fuck they mean, but I know they're bad and he's evil and stealing from the everyone else >turns out I didn't need him to release his tax returns to make an opinion on them Oh, GOLLY GEE
Xavier Russell
Eh it's a reasonable request, but who really cares? The only thing that's going to happen is a genius move.
Lefties are gonna cry and push and push while Trump keeps saying wait, not yet. It'll just make them seem more stupid when the returns get released and don't show what they want.
Hudson Diaz
The other 26% know it's okay, if the government doesn't know every thing about your shekels.
Thomas Mitchell
Who gives a fuck?
What if 74% of Americans wanted to see your tax returns?
Oh that would be a problem?
Fuck off kike.
Zachary Wood
>Trump's so smart and perfect and successful that his taxes are different than everyone else's. >You probably wouldn't even understand them. >There's no way perfect Mr. Trump could ever do anything wrong.
Brandon Lee
I'm not going to be the President of the United States any time soon. I'm a private citizen, not a public servant. The President is supposed to be accountable to their citizens, not just themselves.
Benjamin Wilson
>poll
End yourself faggot
Joseph Campbell
Nice (((poll)))
Austin Ross
gr8 b8 m8 Most people don't understand things like setting your assets into LLCs, or how declaring a loss on investment will be used as a tax break, or why these things are written into law. Most people don't give a fuck Has Trump done shady things with his business? I'm sure he has, as has every fucking businessman that has ever been successful, but people aren't calling for his tax returns because they want to expose some corrupt part of the system, or out him as some evil guy, they just want one more piece of confirmation bias that is, when you get down to it, entirely irrelevant and a huge waste of everyone's attentions
Jaxon Taylor
conservatives love getting fucked in the ass by the rich so I'm not surprising you guys are defending this
Lincoln Russell
>t. government cock-sucking libcuck
Michael Wood
I would want to see them, too. It's always good to take notes from a master businessman.
Andrew Adams
Trumps taxes are gonna show that he's nowhere near as rich as he claimed. They will never be released.
Joshua Allen
>Seventy-four percent say Trump should release his tax returns
And he has virtually no chance of winning the election.
Brody Young
Okee doke
Levi Gutierrez
The polls were wrong about the election
> Somehow this poll is correct
Brandon Thomas
Actually only die hard liberals didn't want Hillary incarcerated.
Julian Foster
>taxes show wealth Where does this meme come from? He already has released a financial disclosure you can look at.
Connor Bailey
>The chances are that he's just not as rich as he claims.
Trump is pretty much just a celebrity persona of a super rich guy. He went bankrupt a few crashes ago.
Kayden Smith
>Regardless its not like those 74% would actually read the fucking thing. His returns are probably thousands of papers. Oh slick attitude, I'm sure you felt the same way about Wikileaks. Like, how is anyone going to process thousands of papers in 2017?
William Smith
And Hillary had a 94% chance of winning.
Polls were BTFO last year
Jaxson Nguyen
>It doesn't matter, he's the president. We should know everything about this guy, especially relevant stuff like "do you have investments in foreign countries that could lead to a conflict of interest."
He had An hour long press confrence about that last week Jod. Keep up
James Green
>Almost 3/4 of Americans were supposed to vote for Hillary too. No.
Juan Rodriguez
Why Sup Forums don't want see Trump's tax returns?
Dominic Evans
his tax returns would be AT MOST 50 or so pages. Taxes are very condensed.
Landon Wright
>according to an open Washington Post / ABC poll
Aaaaaaaand its Fake News again.
Joseph Garcia
>Leaf >Can't speak English You have to go back, Wong Feng
Connor Ramirez

Thomas Garcia

Hudson Rodriguez
It wasn't meant to be an argument, just wanted to make fun of you Rajesh
Juan Perry
The guy is audited every year by the IRS ever since he started criticzing them.
