I'm not some kind of wizard in Audio (Spectrum) Analysis so I honestly have no idea, but from what I know it's perfectly seamless, lossless, no modulation/auto-tune type sounds at all.
All I know is that they have a recording and plan to use it.
From my understanding they will be claiming that the audio was recorded in a public place, in which privacy cannot be expected. No idea if that disqualifies that from being admissible, though.
If anyone doubts the validity of them being able to create a fake sound clip, watch this video. Trump says "The heroes are the ones who murder Jews." and "Israel should be wiped off the face of the map." Both at his rallies.
