This is an amazingly anglocentric list. England was a shit hole until around the English Civil War, there is no way William the conqueror, Henry VIII, or even Elizabeth should be on this list considering they had very little effect on anything in Europe let alone the world. Same with Washington. Charles Von Habsburg would be better for 1500s
