What the fuck is there anything good at all about living in Canada?

Quads of truth

No

1. Czech'd
2. Landscpes?

If you live in Quebec, you get to shitpost Canadians irl.

>b-but muh free healthcare
What good is free healthcare when you're dead?

How long do you usually wait for magnetic resonance in USA? My aunt had to get one recently and waited 2 months for it.

Same day. I can see any specialist at their earlier convenience. Typically a week max.

My insurance plan costs $115 a month and has a 6k out of pocket max. My employer matches 1k per year on an health savings account. That money is tax free on the way in and the way out and any growth is also tax free.

Yuropoors will pretend this is somehow bad.

>posting an accurate representation of what the qubec race has given the world
I know your wretched ancestors have all died knowing they will always be cucks and were to weak to do anything about it and the flq were incompetent marxists trained by the arabs who bred them and you are being outbred but it may be time to move on. Not that I think qubec should not be separate from Canada because we should seriously remove you.

>a frog shitposting on canada

like pottery

Look at how triggered this Anglo-Irish-Scott-German-Native-Chink cuckmutt is.

Yeah its bullshit here, with average income you pay around 50 dollars a month for health insurance, problem is that average monthly pay here is 1100 dollars

Those waiting time are accurate as fuck and let my Dad cancer spread... He might not make it to the end of this year due to Canada being a cucktard nation.

>be Sup Forums poster
>get cancer
>parents not rich enough to pay for cancer treatment
>spend my remaining days circlejerking over socialized healthcare of a country I've never visited
>die of cancer
comfy desu

> get cancer in canada
> wait forever for treatment as your ccondition worsens.
> die anyways

Stay poor.

Can confirm.

You dont get denied treatment faggot you just get a fucking bill. Which you can haggle over if you're not retarded.

>MRI
>126 days

Kek, here it is 30 days at the hospital and around a week at a private clinic.
Also we have a shitton of british coming here for surgical operation because there are NO delays at all.
lemonde.fr/societe/article/2016/04/19/les-hopitaux-de-calais-au-secours-du-systeme-de-sante-anglais_4904515_3224.html
They will soon have to wait though with the Brexit.

>not going private
Do you want ur dad to die or are you just a poor fag?

HNNNGGG i AM HAVING A HEART ATTACK! i AM DYING!!!

cool, come back in 2 months then we will fix your problem. mate.

The "refugees" are effectively dying through natural selection. It's only the more developed countries that have sympathy (you know, that human feeling) for them, allow themselves to be invaded by these people.

Let me ask, what do those fucking uneducated mudslimes and their mudslime kids have to offer? Cheap labour? An overburdened economy?

Eh the countryside there is breathtaking. But it all turns to shit when some Canadian liberal tell you that you admiring the landscape is objectifying it and they get all triggered.

Poor fag here. Dont really know where to go. everything is way too expensive. We started home treatements tho and its surprisingly slowing down the cancer.

Holy fucking shit. I know countries with socialized medicine have "wait times" but that is sort of crazy. 30 days is even nuts.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 months ago. She called the family doctor and got an appointment for the next day. Had an MRI the same day as doctor appointment. Had a biopsy a day later. Was refereed to an endocrinologist the day of the biopsy (results took around 10 hours) and was started on Chemo 2 days later.

From first doctors appointment, to treatment it took 4 days. Even the Frog bro would have waited an extra 3+ weeks. Apparently in Canada, she wouldnt even have the MRC for another month and a half

Quads then threes ... Kek, praise him much!

Also true statement.

aah fuck sorry to hear that maple bro. I hope all goes well

That's cute.

> stay poor.

>sympathy (you know, that human feeling)
you mean waste?

If it's actually urgent it works so you actually get it fast, or tends to really.

Portugal here. If I pester them I can get anything scheduled within a week. Surgeries take a while though but nepotism can help with that. :^]

If it's an emergency there are no waiting times.

>Doctor tells Dad he needs to see a heart specialist as soon as possible
>NHS TO THE RESCUE!
>Waiting list is 3 months long
>Dad pays privately or risk dying while waiting
>Paid in to NHS his whole working life
>Rich liberals still want all the refugees to be let in from anywhere

The people are being forced to pay for lazy peoples health care under the guise of cheap health care for all. It's sickening.

In her case, it wouldnt have been an "emergency"

What makes you think this?

Weird how you left out the caveat that the state and not the patient determines what constitutes an emergeny.

Strange.

>Bragging about a 30 day wait to get an MRI

So this bait?

I find it really interesting that the US is the only country where Men have higher survival rates for cancer.

dude weed-

oh wait Caliph Barak Mohammet Trudeau hasn't legalized it yet lmao

The only thing I like about this country is the scenery, my relatives, and my guns. And I'm pretty sure their days are numbered.

Because it's not her call silly.

sounds about right. I remember getting my leg caught in a bike chain and I was taken to the hospital and seen immediately.
I also remember my mom having to wait a long time to see a doctor for gallbladder stones.

The US is the only country you want to be treated for cancer.

Strange. How communism has failed.

>The only thing I like about this country is the scenery, my relatives
same here.

The only good thing is that your neighbor is america and not sweden.

haha wtf u have to wait for cancer surgery? LEL

cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/cancer-treatment-long-wait-a-death-sentence-says-b-c-patient-scott-dobbie-1.3011474

Apparently going to die in 2 weeks or less isnt even an emergency. They will still schedule your appointment (not tests or treatment) for 4 weeks from now.

Again, in America, that all would be 4 DAYS, not 2-4 weeks for a first contact and thats for a diagnosed case. In the case of my mom, she had a small lump she wanted to get checked out.

In the US healthcare is as fast and convenient as getting the oil changed in my car.

I live in Colorado and can smoke weed errrday.

>END IT

Kek, this ranking is a joke, it is just based on the online presence of the establishment, it means absolutely jackshit about their actual value, pic related.

>that will be 292643.72$
>plus tip

> us world and news report isnt reputable
> said the frog whose college degree is worthless.

Stay
Poor

kek....I get it for free amerifag.

Also: keep dying young mate.
American healthcare system sucks, not necessarily because of the economic system or the hospitals but because it does nothing against the fact you are the most unhealthy population in the West.

>Doctor tells Dad he needs to see a heart specialist as soon as possible
>MINZDRAV TO THE RESCUE!
>Waiting list is 3 years long
>Dad pays privately or dies while waiting
>Paid taxes his whole life, as does everyone else
>"make a deal"
>waiting list is still 2 months long
>hospital bed in an unheated corridor is 80$/day
>had to throw out another patient to make room
>hospitals are rife with resistant TB brought by illegals from Central Asia
>have to pay for all expenses, close to half a million rubles - 2/3 of a class C car
>Pootin's friends still embezzle all money that's supposed to improve 40-year-old medical facilities
>State TV constantly reports on how great russian healthcare is or how shitty european/american healthcare is

Translation?

What the fuck is that flag?

Except no one actually pays that amount, not even the insurance company.

Pre ACA, if I made under 50k a year and got that bill I filled out a piece of paper showing my income, and that bill went away.

Now since I HAVE to have insurance, and my deductible is 15k my insurance gets that bill, tells the hospital they will pay 20k tops. Hospital says ok. Insurance pays 5K, and gives me a bill for 15k that I MUST pay.

Thanks Obama

Those wait times are inflated by rural areas of which Canada has many where wait times are huge because specialists only get to them a handful of times during the year.
>single case from last year

saved

>said the frog whose college degree is worthless.

In Quebec waiting time is even worse!

...

>they don't live in the city therefore it's ok if they die
DAY OF THE RAKE WHEN

You are delusional. You say specialists only getting to rural areas every so often like its normal.

I can live in the middle of bumble fuck Oklahoma and see any specialist I want within a day. Its not like there are traveling MRI machines, or 200 endocrinologists in the country.

Its fucking healthcare. If I want to see a doctor, any doctor, I better not wait more than 48 hours...and even then, it better be a long holiday weekend.

Rationalize it any way you want. Waiting more than a day for anything, is not only unacceptable, its fucking retarded

>Hey cunt, I've a emu beak shoved up me arse
>>>That'll be six box jelly fish stings mate

I don't even like weed desu, though it might be nice to help cope with the crippling nihilism that comes from living in a society that is hellbent on diluting itself and erasing all traces of our heritage

A practical solution to the LGBT problem

Took me a year to get an mri in this shitty country and then another year to get the fucking results.

>Except no one actually pays that amount, not even the insurance company.

Tell that to the countless people who got denied insurance because of pre-existing conditions, or whose medication/treatment isn't covered. I don't even want to know how many people died from this or were ruined financially while here cases of people dying from wait time can be counted on the fingers of a hand.

so if you make under 50k a year you get free health care?

>Weird how you left out the caveat that the state and not the patient determines what constitutes an emergeny.

But we don't, the doctors do.
If the doctor says you must have an MRI in the day you have it.
In fact doctors constantly say bureaucrats to shut the fuck up and bitch to the politics and their management if they aren't happy.

The point that you missed totally, was that things were actually cheaper and easier for low income people before insurance was mandatory.

We have ALWAYS had free state run hospitals for the indigent.

No one was ever denied healthcare in the US, by law. Keep drinking the cool aid leafbro

Actually, Europeans have much better healthcare because most countries have a two-tiered system. In Canada it is illegal to provide healthcare for things covered under our universal insurance. Which is why our universal healthcare is in such a mess right now. Canada desperately needs to introduce healthcare to market forces.

Yea pretty much. You would still have to pay 50-100 dollars for a doctor visit, but major hospital bills were a hardship waiver away from disappearing.

Now with ACA, just about no hospital will give waivers because you have to have insurance. Your sky high deductible is not the hospitals problem, and the insurance company will haunt you until the day you die for their co-pay

The US is the only country that seriously treats cancer. It's incredibly costly to treat and (since most cases are later in life) treating it doesn't extend your life particularly long, so all the countries with socialized medicine just let you die if you have it. It cuts their life expectencies a bit, but they can use the extra money to teach Mohammed how to fuck white women.

so Healthcare was always free then?

>Need stitches
>Lose a day and a half in a waiting room

Life as a leaf right there m8

>be Canadian
>get burned in a fire that Trudeau won't put out
>spend 8 years in the waiting room to see a doctor
>get taxed at 65% while I wait
>barely see a doctor before I succumb to my wounds
>gives me a third rate treatment while acting like a cunt who's wasting his time
>go home
>get trampled by a moose

cbc.ca/radio/whitecoat/blog/the-most-expensive-patients-1.3398696

>A small fraction of patients – five per cent of Ontario's population – accounted for two thirds of health spending.

so before Obamacare what was the point of insurance then? was it just for people who could afford it?
Like why would start paying just because I'm now making 60k a year?
I'm just curious how it worked back then.

Says who? Who is dying? Look into it and where those communities are.
I genuinely don't care about the Mchealthcare you are getting or your hypothetical situations in "bumble fuck Oklahoma". I was simply telling you that there are circumstances that can lead to wait times looking worse. Access to primary care for Canadians isn't the best and can be worse depending where you are like sparsely populated areas where specialists don't live.

Not for the upper ranges of income it wasnt, but they also tended to have their own insurance already.

The only, and truly only people who were screwed, were self employed people making a very decent amount of money, who needed to buy their own insurance. In all reality, if they had just quit work and shown zero income, they would have been given everything for free anyway.

The ACA that fucked tens of millions of Americans was crafted, passed, and used to indoctrinate America, to cater to a small stubborn sliver of the population

Basically if you were in the in-between area between poor and middle class, you would go without insurance. The very poor got free healthcare and the middle class + beyond could afford it. That area got fucked because it couldn't afford health insurance but also couldn't qualify for state healthcare.

Also a few stupid middle class people wouldn't get healthcare because they were greedy, get in accidents, and lose everything due to bankruptcy from medical costs.

Obamacare isn't much better though. It solved the lack of insurance, but replaced it by paying for state-subsidized insurance paid for by raising insurance rates on the middle class.

And no one actually has to wait ages to get medical treatment. Keep forking shekels over to (((them))) who try to make a profit off people's health like a good little amerigoy.

>Ontario
Yeah you mean the place where electricity costs more than rent? The place run by a retarded bulldyke with no idea of how to manage government finances? Gee such a big surprise their healthcare doesn't work either

Considering that section 6 can't be overridden (sadly) nobody has any excuse to be living in Ontario anymore and if they still choose to live there it's their loss

>go to bar
>pick a fight
>get sent back in an ambulance
>get a ct scan right away
lifehacks
;^)

Yes if you don't live in Ontario

Just leave Ontario

If my doctor thinks I have cancer, I get scanned in today or tomorrow. If your doctor thinks you have cancer, you get a scan in 3 months. This is why Canadian men have an 8 point lower survival rate than American men.

See:

American healthcare needs reform, but so does yours.

>section 6

what is this?

Jobs gave you insurance as a benefit of working for them. It usually had a small fee with it (normally around 30-50 dollars a month) but could be found for free (it was used as a recruiting tool by a lot of companies)

The poor have always had state provided Medicaid. For those between poor and middle class, hardship waivers, charities, churches, etc existed. Middle class and up always had insurance through their employer.

Insurance used to be nice to have, but not a huge deal if you didnt have it. Now, you MUST have it, and the cost of it is insane

a few hours.

2,5 months wait for a CT scan, this can't be real right?

The world health organization is full of shit and seeks to manufacture a consensus not highlight how things actually are.

>$1000 a month for mandatory insurance and it all goes to an (((insurance company)))
>massive fines if you don't

Ok burger this is one province don't even pretend that your current healthcare isn't shit
>but trump will fix it
But he hasn't yet ant isn't president yet

I live in manitoba, it's correct, unless its life threatening, it'd be a few hours

otherwise 2-3 months is the norm.

You forgot to add in the time that it actually takes to even set up a surgery.

I fucked up my knee terribly playing basketball last year. Tore my ACL and MCL horribly. Not only were the first doctor diagnoses (which took a total of 2 months to finish) completely wrong, but getting an MRI to see what the fuck was actually going on took 3 MONTHS to happen. Mind you this was only made possible thanks to a connection with a hospital. It would have 4 months without it.

I didn't end up getting surgery since my knee healed pretty quickly and is somewhat functional now, but that would have been an entire year if you tack on those 90+ days. Pretty much an entire year to fucking SCHEDULE a surgery for a huge problem.

>At least we'll get weed

Canadian life expectancy: 81.24
Amerishart life expectancy: 78.74

We outlive you by a whooping three years. It's almost like we dont have a jew-run healthcare scam for a system.

>3 whole years for 30% more tax
wtf I like USA now
