Why only one of the colors from the sfw boards while both of the colors on the nsfw boards?

This flag isn't very aesthetic. I'm not a vexillographer, but a flag shouldn't have such dull colours. If you're gonna put a pepe on the flag it should definitely be redesigned to look more distinct to be easily recognizable.
