I knew a half-breed that was impulsive as fuck. I had so many enemies by high school because of all the kids he bullied and I was associated with him. I stopped hanging out with him in grade 10 but that didn't stop me from getting my fucking ass kicked from some gigantic kid that he tormented.

What about blacks from "back in the day"? I'm talking about early to mid 1900s. They dressed well, often spoke well, and didn't seem as impulsive. So why are they so different now? Such an observation would not account for frontal cortex development.

also there's almost double the amounts of whites in poverty yet the crime rates don't reflect this. yes, poor socioeconomic does lead to crime, but we can see that it's not the only factor

I think there's something to be said for the fact that whites did not remain tribal and all other races did (except maybe Orientals), until being contacted and subsequently dominated by whites.

I kind of get the sense that being tribal is what most other races (blacks especially) would gravitate toward if given the chance.
