Some post on Sup Forums has me interested as to why Trump showed up showed up at the Sega Genesis launch in 1989.
Apparently Sup Forums is trying to get Trump to mention Sega. I guess their plan is to try and convince Sega to make a new console after being gone for over a decade.

I find it odd that there was really no 16-bit console more American than the Genesis. Apparently it had limited popularity in its home country, but dominated the US market. Even stranger is the tale of the Sega Master System, which had a bigger market in Europe than the NES.

We could develop and mass produce a new SEGA system here in America and not build it to the retarded international standards the other consoles are limited to so it could actually run games with decent settings.
Perfect example is the power limitations on the XBOX and PS4. those SOC chips could have been clocked nearly 70-80% higher than they were and you would have had decent 1080p 60fps performance on them. Same hardware just beef up the power deliver the cooler. But they had retarded as fuck power efficiency standards even thought a fully clocked console would have been way lower TDP than a regular desktop.
Just contract with AMD and get a custom SOC with ZEN/VEGA clock that shit up to PC levels and you have the first true 4K console gaming system.
