You first have to look up the international number you have to have to add before the number(i used this site, look up the specific number for your own country howtocallabroad.com/results.php?callfrom=netherlands&callto=gambia) and then you have to add 749-6319 (and not the 1919 because i suspect its the local number you add if you're calling from gambia. When i added this it didn't work.
