"For Profit" works well for a lot of things but services that primarily exist as public goods or are funded as a public good are not one of those areas.

Private schools are good but charter schools are a terrible idea. Private schools attract semi-educated buyers already, charter schools are replacing public in many instances, meaning they are going to be the only resource poorer citizens have access to.
