They're children, therefore their minds are encapsulated by childlike fantasies.

Well they do live in a fantasy world

Liberals already live in a fantasy world where they think:

>Teaching your children about sex during their preschool years is perfectly normal
>Niggers are oppressed and there's evil white men taking all the jobs away
>Women are actually oppressed and not the prime fucking example of bitches who get shit for free just for existing
>That everyone is a future scientist waiting to happen if you just give everyone money for free
>That you need to let violent mudshits into your country for it to prosper

So are you honestly fucking surprised

They can't distinguish fantasy from reality. It's a old leftist trait

They really act like children

it's the only book they've read

DULLEST FRANCHISE

>Dementors
More like Deploramentors

>implying Sup Forums hasn't been analogizing the entire election cycle to an anime over the past year

>ARE THESE PEOPLE LITERALLY INCAPABLE OF THINKING ABOUT ANYTHING BUT HARRY POTTER?
Worse, they're literally incapable of thinking about anything outside of terms given to them by children's stories and other hollywood fantasy.

They're mental cripples, and they're the people running hollywood, academia, the DNC, and until now, the whitehouse.

But hopefully this first dose of reality will start them on the path of thinking about the world as a real place without makebelieve wizards an' shit.

>coal jobs are magically going to start coming back

>it isn't a dying outdated industry

>mcgonnowarren

you managed to make fauxahontas' name sound like an std

"I want to make an allusion to something but don't actually consume any media other than YA fiction and Hollywood movies" starter kit

CARLOS YOU FUCKING SPIC

How do you fucking fail this hard at life?

the thing is they will never get the message, just look at their reaction to the election, what should have been an experience to be learned from and reflected upon was used to double then triple down on their old tactics

What do you expect from one of the dullest political parties in the history of politics? Each person following the ideology . . .

Anime > Hairy bladder

We need all hands on deck!

McGonnohontas
Democrats don't have any viable presidential candidate as of right now. They'll probably lift up that black Puerto Rican to get the minority vote.

I love how they claim to be more intellectual and their entire worldview revolves around seeing the world in shades of gray and moral relativism and how those "uneducated conservatards try and see everything in black and white, the world just isn't that simple~"
But everyone who disagrees with them is a warlock demigod hellbent on genocide
These people will half-heartedly defend the taliban and "anti-imperialist freedom fighters from their point of view" but decry their own countrymen as the galactic fucking empire vaporizing planets
These people can't be trusted with democracy

>thinking you can win an election without coal miners

Goddamn, i fucking love Hary Potter and evey day I more and more sympathise with Voldemort. I guess being sorted into Slytherin really makes sense to me now.

kys

gonna go burn all my potter shit.

Fate is alright. Tsukihime is better though.

seems like he's mocking them but idk

The absolute worst aspect of Harry Potter is how Slytherin House was made into the unredeemable group. They are set up to unite with the rest of the school, especially with Malfoy regretting everything he's doing, but in the end JK Rowling decides it would be easier to just make them bad guys.

This just gives people an excuse to demonize groups of people who think differently, even though they are part of the same overall school

This is partly why Libs love comparing Harry Potter with real life politics.

They can pretend they are the three houses uniting against the evil Slytherin house, even though Voldemort, the real bad guy, didn't give a flying fuck about that house and was using them as a means to an end.

It's what happens when you evolve into a man child instead of growing up.

Fuck you're right we should just throw all of our money at things that don't exist or can't fucking work instead god damn what was I thinking

That wasn't even funny

You're not even funny

They strut around saying how intelligent they are, but they are literally child minds.

I love Tsukihime too. It's a shame we still don't have a proper adaption yet

>they will never get the message,
Most wont. But hopefully a few will grow up and realize how silly it is to run around pretending that we're somehow living in 1930's germany/the deathstar, and that only harry potter and buzz lightyear can save us from the mean orange man.

I've noticed in my expanded circles, people that were on the fence are already calling out the crazies still pretending like the sky is falling. So it's happening little by little.

Wasn't Voldemort basically a nationalist/racialist who wanted to keep Muggles from diluting the magic user pool and destroying everything?

>Harry Potter fans too stupid to realize Voldemort was the good guy

Did you even read the book?

Slughorn, Severus, and Regulus were all Slytherins who redeemed themselves.

Granted, Slytherin was seen as the "evil"house, but JK even made a point of saying evil doesnt always come from a place you most expect. Pettigrew defeted to Voldemort for power, yt he wws a Gryffindor.

Either way, I'm more proud these days to be slytherin than I ever have been in the past.

>I love Tsukihime too. It's a shame we still don't have a proper adaption yet
Yeah. Also it has been three years since the remake preview. What the hell? That fucking mushroom needs to stop doing so much fate shit.

Harry potter is literally analogous of all sorts of Christian stories and old tales of knowledge passed on as oral traditions for millennium. It has all the archetypes that ancient knowledge has so it is applicable to basically everything.

Harry potter is legitimately a religion with combined 4 category briggs meyer personality test.

That's what drives me up a fucking wall the most

>Bio Major, Chem minor
>Working on getting into Med School
>Studied anatomy and biology my whole life
>Books and books and books about the human body, and cells, and diseases, and everything you could possibly imagine on my shelf
>Faggot friend who went to art school thinks he's more intelligent than me because I have to use a calculator for math
>Somehow thinks that his """"""""logic""""""""" based on muh fee fees and muh outdated studies and muh medical knowledge changes every day thinks that all of a sudden trumps XX and XY existing

These fucking niggas, I swear

Yes, but he was doing it out of hatred for his own father. Voldemort himself was a halfbloood, and so was Snape.

Ahh what a muggle lol

I'm just glad they''re staying away from J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis.

U watched some Jordan Peterson senpai?

Thats too difficult for the average lib

Voldemort is the equivalent of a jew hating other jews though since he's halfblood.

Am I supposed to understand this tweet?

They want to make a reference but they havent picked up a book since HP

One thing you have to understand about these mentally-frail people, OP, is that the only thing preventing their cotton-coddled world from collapsing into insanity, is their fantastical belief in one of the dullest franchise in the history of movie franchises. Each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.

Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody, just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.

>a-at least the books were good though
"No!"
The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."

I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.

>DULLEST FRANCHISE
yeah, no. Stopped reading there. Harry Potter is far from dull.

Where did Trump hide his 7 orcruxes

This. I know half a dozen libshits that bought the Narnia books after the first Hollywood movie came out. None of them finished them.

They don't even read George RR Martin's books most of the time, they just buy them as props so they can say, "Have you read the books? They're SO much better!"

Empty virtue signaling amongst retards who read at the 5th grade level.

Btw your god tier literature is actually circle jerking garbage that only fedora fags think make them look cool for knowing what happened in the yawn of the century, aka, The Great Gatsby.

Religiously

WaPo did an article about that

>Bio Major, Chem minor
>>Working on getting into Med School
>>Studied anatomy and biology my whole life
>>Books and books and books about the human body, and cells, and diseases, and everything you could possibly imagine on my shelf
so you wasted your life and dont know anything?

thanks for being a cog i guess.. we need people like you

>Teaching your children about sex during their preschool years is perfectly normal
nothing wrong with that. men should be taught at that age women are inferior and not to believe the jew lies that we need to go find a princess and devote our life to them. sex is natural and not special it's just a rush of dopamine like drugs. it's cause retards try and make sex special that we've got issues.

My nigga. I've seen all of his 160 since 2 years ago. He really is the endgame.

These people irritate me. Like i read those books before the idea of a movie even flitted through a person's brain. Yes, often times the books are much better, and i can understand the desire to have someone close to you enjoy them like you did, but i mean come on.

>all of the pokemon save Pikachu evolve
>Pikachu still same as he was in 1999 -- i.e. almost 20 years ago

What did they mean by this?

this is shopped, right? right?

No it's quite real

videos*

In fact, I made him a new intro for his channel.

>Btw your god tier literature is actually circle jerking garbage that only fedora fags think make them look cool for knowing what happened in the yawn of the century, aka, The Great Gatsby.
It's clearly a troll image. Did you not notice the "Clifford for President" in mid tier?

t. anime and video game enthusiast

The great gatsby and Les Miserables are shit.

Karamozov, the Stranger, Don Quixote and Atlas Shrugged are pretty based. Count of Monte Cristo is probably the best book I've ever read.

I'd have put fountainhead in instead of atlas shrugged.

Your high tier sucks ass. Middle tier has the best book of the 20th century in Nausea.

Low tier is all really good. Shit tier is all shit except for Alice in Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland is OG you fucking nigger.

No, i stopped looking immediately after the GG.

Honestly, my sister is one of these people who suck the reat gatsby dick, as if it wasnt the most boring book about nothing she ever read.

I still to this day refuse to believe she actaully read it.

Is Harry Potter the most basic of 'nerd/geek' fandoms?

Lord of the Rings is better anyway

No, thats Firefly/Supernatural (and i enjoy both Firefly and Supernatural)

You mean the intros to the podcasts?
>endgame.
Couldn't say it better, most truthful speaker I've found.

It's either Harry Potter or Star Wars.

You shut the fuck up. CLIFFORD IS BASED AF!

>No, i stopped looking immediately after the GG.
Fair enough
>Honestly, my sister is one of these people who suck the reat gatsby dick, as if it wasnt the most boring book about nothing she ever read.
I haven't read it yet, but was considering it after finishing the Prince. What was so bad about it?

>I still to this day refuse to believe she actaully read it.
She probably just has shit taste

General question for anyone, what is the Serial Experiments Lain of books?

...

>when you fall for Sup Forums b8

>CLIFFORD IS BASED AF!
Was Clifford the first
red
pill?

The thing is, Star Wars at least was revolutionary and entertaining when it was new.

Harry Potter is a trendy fad soccer moms who watch Oprah liked and pushed on their kids.

that's how you know he's an expert and can trust his evaluation

>it's cause retards try and make sex special that we've got issues.

>t.degenerate

fpbp

literally all they can talk about is Harry Potter, Netflix, and whatever award show is on.

pikachu didnt want to evolve you stupid fuck, go back to 1998 and watch the episodes again

Nope a new video intro for his lectures. You'll see it soon.

Yes, he's incredibly smart and precise. Truly the archetypical senpai.

It's not necessarily bad. It's just overhyped by English teacher types who jack off to "To kill a Mockingbird".

>not using the flat earth Pepe

Says the guy that roleplays with warhammer

Harry Potter is one of the preachiest book series out there. Everything is allegorical for racial divisions, that's why all the bad guys are pure wizards while the heroes are "mudbloods"

This

Ahahahaahahahaaaha

>It's not necessarily bad. It's just overhyped by English teacher types who jack off to "To kill a Mockingbird".
Sounds like most books you read in High school. I liked the bits and pieces I read of the tale of Genji in high school. It was very dry in a way that only 1000AD Japanese could be. I read an English translation.

Nice I can't wait.

Took me 2 days to make, I'm glad he liked it.

Now that I think about it, i don't think I've ever met a conservative that likes Harry Potter.

> Chosen elite
> Multicultural
> Superior to average people
> Live in the worlds largest gated community
> Academics
> Rules over the lupen muggles, is alienated by their society, but also wants to destroy them
> Gay mentor

Obviously, but when I see that picture and I think about liberal millennials I don't associate them w. the evolved Charmander, Bulbosaur, or Squirtle...

I associate them w. Pikachu -- un-evolved, afraid to grow up, immature...

I actually have an unabridged translation of it myself. It's entertaining, but I also regret going for it since it's like 1000 pages and I lost steam about 270 pages in. Doesn't help that I have minimal knowledge of feudal Japan.

But yeah, High School lit is more or less picked for a reason. It's boilerplate shit that lets them go rampant with overanalyzing and literary criticism.

youtube.com/watch?v=CohCtE68Rho

It's boring.
