Liberals are literally turning one of the least racist career fields racist because they cannot accept that "muh oppression" in the context of computing is a bullshit lie, and thus enforced racist hiring policies to undo the non-racist hiring policies of computing because liberals could not accept that Hispanics and Black people not working in computing was not the result of racism. It would expose their entire ideology as a bullshit lie if they admitted there were racial differences in IT that had nothing to do with racist oppression from employers.

So to avoid having to realize they're full of shit, they forced computing to adopt racist policies to ensure that less Asians and more Blacks/Hispanics joined computing careers, to the point they will likely make the computing field racist.
