Be racist BBC

>be racist BBC
>replace hosts on number 1 show with a diverse crew
>number 1 show fails
>be non racist amazon
>recognize talented hosts and invest in them
>have new number 1 show

I can't stop laughing. I paid my $80 for a year membership to prime just to support Grand Tour. Zero regrets. 10x better than Top Gear ever was.

This is Sup Forums material because it was clear the decision to fire the lads from BBC was a move to be politically correct.

GT is nowhere near as good as TG.

Yes Goyim! Buy Amazon Prime to support a white future! Only $80 a year!

While I rarely watch TV, much less this type of show it was so fucking pathetic of BBC to do it.

There are people who have strongly held ideas (like aspiring political commissars) but they usually are smart enough to know not to shove it on everybody else, but here they're just so cocksure of themselves that they thought "yeah well we can decide, fuck your show" and I'll tell you now, they won't learn at all from this mistake.

They always keep going.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos owns the liberal rag that is the Washington post. OP gives him $80. Claims he's fighting against political correctness.

Clarkson was fired because he punched a staff member though. The other two left Top Gear of their own accord and James May even still has a BBC show.

That is a fair point. I would argue though that supporting parts of a company is not the same as supporting everything a company does. If WashPo loses money and prime makes money as Grand Tour grows more of an audience, perhaps Amazon will learn something.

>Clarkson was fired because he punched a staff member though
It was a producer and BBC could have fired that producer for not doing his job. You don't give your talent sandwiches for lunch and if you do you do not argue with them when they complain. It was a political move. Oldest leftist tactic in the book, passive aggression.

Maybe not as good as May/Hammond/Clarkson Top Gear, but still better than nu-Topgear.
GT seems a little too over the top at times. Everyone knew it was pretty scripted, but GT doesn't really make any attempt to look unscripted. Kind of ruins the immersion.

I pay $80 a year for the 2 day shipping and I'm too lazy to get off my ass to go out and buy things

He doesn't care if the Washington post loses money, it all becomes a tax right off for his parent company anyways. In fact that's how this scumbag operates. All his dog shit companies operate at massive losses then gets tax breaks. Stop supporting the cuck.

Well, it wasn't entirely political. Clarkson and the BBC were already on the edge of war after the "N" word scandal and the falkland prank, they had already issued an ultimatum.
By the way the average brit is fucking triggerable, they had lots of complaints when they ran the show.

This, there are too many scripted parts.

If it was a left wing BBC personality who decked a colleague and then didn't get fired people would be up in arms about muh media bias.

Classic era Top Gear was fantastic but it was getting shit and stale in the last few years and Clarkson behaved like a cunt and deserved to be fired.

>I like to say goy just like penis when I was 5.

Never change Straya :>

I do it just for the no-ad Twitch experience because I'm too lazy to wait 5 seconds for an ad on mobile to finish

The first few episodes were not the greatest. It does get much better and without BBC playing censor the lads can do things like bolt a dildo to May's steering wheel.

I watched the first two episodes and they were shit. I didn't even get one laugh out of either of them.

Don't post this shit on /pol

Take it to /tv

Saged and reported.

>being a newfag
We had a thread a week about Top Gear while it was airing. Many memes came from it. Cris Even's twitter was a gold mine at the time.

Are you that poor? I can spend $80 on a good lunch out, that's not very much money.

Amazon prime for Canada is fucking pathetic.

Also
>not getting kodi and just streaming it via phone, desktop, laptop, Android box

Sometimes you gotta support content you want more of. Also using xbmc is pleb tier. Get a VPN and torrent shit to your phone or pc with public wifi hotspots.

This.

That moment you realized he was not acting the cunt for lulz but actually is one.

The BBC operates in a market where they put legal pressure on UK citizens to own a TV licence, it's a quasi socialist TV station. It means they have to do things in the name of the public good and what is "right".

Amazon operate in a capitalistic free market and keep views by providing value and were extremely smart to scoop up the show. The BBC is basically a dinosaur which only exists because of historically how we watched TV over broadcast channels and will likely die in todays free market.

i watch it for the cars
