Banning CNN

Anyone have a good argument as to why we should not show CNN on college campus? I am meeting with student government to propose the ban and I need some more support for my arguement that CNN is divisive and fake

OP, while there are many examples of CNN being misleading or inaccurate, I don't think banning the channel from the University will help at all.

What I'd recommend doing is exposing the University's social justice bias for all to see. Ask to start a "men's issues" club (or "menininst" club if there's already a feminist club) and record video as they either deny you or when angry feminists pull the fire alarms on you and scream at you (which already happened once.)

Proposing alternatives doesn't work in academic settings. You have to put on large glasses and announce in a wavering voice that CNN made you feel unsafe and scared to leave your home.

Regarding the networks, do you think it would be effective to propose equal air time to ....FOXNEWS?
