How do you feel about this? Solar panels embedded in the wall to make it profitable, so it rakes in money for the American people.
Added bonus, these solar panels need to be made somewhere. This could create many jobs as well.

Horrible idea. Solar panels are expensive as fuck, require a ton of upkeep, are very fragile and only work efficiently for 10 years or so.
