Did he have a transplant? Is it a comb over? A wig? A toupee, perhaps? Why does he style it like that? What's the point?

Trump has arguably been receding since the early 60's (when he started wearing the combover) and you can even see evidence of a recession in pictures of his highschool graduation
So yes, his hair is real, but it likely comes from elsewhere on his body.
