No, he asked to take a picture with the event host, which she graciously agreed to, then they jumped in front of her and obnoxiously started making an over-the-top scene, making it clear that they weren't there to support the event, they were there to be obnoxious douchebags who wanted attention and to be in-your-face.

When you're at a charity event and clearly aren't there to support the message, and are trying to make it about yourself, they have the right to throw you out.
