Abortion should remain legal with these limitations:
No abortions after 12 weeks, unless the mother's life is in danger or the baby has some sort of disease that will prevent it from living a normal, productive life.
The father should also be granted the same reproductive rights as the mother and agree to the abortion. If either person disagrees then the baby should be born and the parent who didn't want the baby should be absolved of all responsibility of raising the child.
