I see this statistic all the time, but I grew up in a half black city and all the moderately well off to rich blacks were on about the same level as the whites or sometimes above it. Just anecdotal of course but in my experience I haven't seen reality reflect those stats.

It's not about "socialism", its more of a social democracy that I advocate. Certain industries such as banking and healthcare need to deeply regulated, whereas most others are left to free market. Automation can be used for good as employees in manufacturing positions can have more time off due to increases in productivity. And the problem is corporations will not move anywhere else if it means losing access to the largest consumer market in the world. Also even if they did, that would open up opportunities for small businesses to fill their roles. With the amount of resources that America has, a social democracy can be pulled off quite well.

Secondly, I am not convinced that these biological factors are significant enough to cause the disparities we see. It is pretty well known that poorer people commit more violant crime. Have you accounted for this to determine what effect genetics really has on crime stats?

There is "socialism" in this country but it goes towards welfare for large corporations and tax loopholes that allow the rich to get away with paying 0% income taxes.
