Same as when i left home except the last link. I'm inclined to believe Syria_Protector's version, there's no way they could akbar as fast as the ISIS-sources claim without photos. Cheers

I've just got home and I was quite suprised when you've mentioned it, looked into Tweets and this just in. Guess we'll wait for confirmation but it looks pretty good right now.

is ISIS trying to get forces that are west of al-Bab redeployed to Khanasser to prevent an al-Bab kotel?
Mason Carter
As i said back when the news were fresh, there's no way they could conquer these positions from the east without doing some mad max shit on the under Jaboul lake.
If Mosul is anything to go by, ISIS is not opposed to send men to the meatgrinder. The question is is Al-Bab worth it.
Daniel Kelly
reeeeee why hasn't SAA secured a bigger buffer around the Khanasser road earlier
Ethan Wood
Wew looking @this footage it seems that SAA is well aware of importance of the Khanaseer road. Good to know, no way it will be conquered! They could've retreated them to Raqqa it would make much more sense, maybe the Khanaseer "offensive" was done to stall Tiger's advances by posing a threat there & making SAA redeploy some of their forces there.

shit happens. isis gets intel from USA on where to attack/defend and where not to.
Mason White
they lost it like 5 times by now. It's open desert and a few towns, it's almost impossible to hold it against someone with air superiority. If they really lost it they'll secure it in one or two weeks.

Al-Amaq claims 7 killed and BMP destroyed @Khanaseer, most likely true.

Some Turks published this one, it seems over-exaggerated and favoring ISIS.
Jordan Baker
also an isis car bomb video just got released against SAA near al bab
Jose Ward
>over-exaggerated and favoring ISIS. I meant fake & gay obviously, damn digits. Also these claims. Oh and RuAF confirmed for doing sorties over there by Russian MoD.

Haven't heard anything about a car bomb in al-bab

She looks like she's thinking "look at the nose on this alawite jew next to me. >(((basharstein hafezberg al-assadsky)))"
Honestly, I don't see this as a major move, likely it is a diversion because they are loosing near Palmyra. If it goes on for long enough ISIS could capture T4 airbase soon.
Anthony Price
Goddamn the SAA is shit, outside of 2 units that appear to function like a real army, they're mostly a fucking gang.
Henry Thomas
Road was not cut as people claimed ( pcitures were posted)
Attack was repelled....
ISIS officialy said only that 7 soldiers killed and 1 BMP destroyed.

>Russia Aerospace Forces & Turkish Air Force conducted joint strikes against ISIS grouping near al-Bab in Aleppo prov.

Thank you FSA. I really needed a laugh today. Thank you.

it just isn't the right time for assad to step down. he has agreed to hold a UN regulated vote for office but the UN will not allow him to run because they know he will win in a fair vote. while this sounds alarming, it can be deduced that the people understand that even a new head of state won't stop the war. once again, very unfortunate, but yeah.
Zachary Wilson
According to Syrian Constitution his term ends in 2021 and that's it, he has confirmed it in the recent interview (19th, in OP). Putin supported this statement when he mentioned Astana talks.

i can see things being manageable in four years. the number of warlords in the region has to be dwindled down however. and of course we all know how good libya turned out after gadaffi butt stab. also, assad is the best interview guy ever, that is why i trust him.

>ISIS took Khanaser
FSA fanboys are so desperate after ISIS Deir Ezzor fiasco that they need to elaborate fake news. Republican Guards repelled the attack and managed to recapture most of the territory lost in this offensive.
Remember: Never believe ISIS and FSAl Qaeda Shills.

But it wasnt.

Some roach news: The turkish officers who fled to Greece and asked for Asylum after the coup (they say they had nothing to do with it and immediately flew to Turkey with their search and rescue helicopters after it started) won't be extradited, because they "can't expect a fair trial" in the new Turkish dictatorship. The roach government is angry at the Greek government, but the Greeks said that, unlike in Turkey, the greek courts are independent from the government and they decided.

Polish journalists are onto something [pardon the Google Translate I'm too lazy]
From the information provided by the radio Echo of Moscow that Russia has proposed renaming the country, involving the deletion of words "Arab" with the name REPUBLIC. At the same time, Russian experts propose the removal of the existing Constitution record that Islamic law is the source of legislation and also notes that the candidate for the office of President must not be a Muslim. Prepared by the Russian Constitution Syria also envisages decentralization of power, increasing the competence local authorities. In the opinion of political scientist of the Russian Academy of Sciences Konstantin Trujewcew, such changes are necessary to reduce the factors that cause local conflicts. The expert argues that the threat of a terrorist organization Islamic State will soon cease to be a problem, but remain issues of religious and ethnic. - A whole range of problems remain after the end of the Islamic State will, first and foremost a question of Kurdish - emphasizes Trujewcew. Therefore, as informs the radio station Echo of Moscow, Russian experts enrolled in the draft constitution of the Syrian uprising Kurdish autonomy in Syria. Now I'm unironically for Kurdistan.
