Lázár is so obnoxiously cynical and Machiavellian that I just have to love him for that. Orbán knows about his ambitions, that's why he got one of the busiest positions in the government. He also has/had a rivalry with Rogán, they used to be the two most likely successors to Orbán's position. But honestly it's not likely he is going to resign yet.
We have a few thousands at most, and they are not a significant majority anywhere to demand authonomy. But the more you fuck over the minorities, the less willing they are going to be to assimilate, so just keep doing that. :^)
