My thoughts are that Trump obviously doesn't wear his suits fashionable (as in what's trendy right now) but if you go back into the 20th century you'll find more baggy suits and slightly bigger ties, especially with businesmen.

I only agree with his shirt sleeve and the length of the tie. The width is okay for such a big (and powerul) guy like him.

Suits can be comfortable and well fitted, they're not mutually exclusive things.

The fact is he's fat, and fat people have limited options when it comes to suits; they either look baggy or don't fit well because the body is too out of proportion.
