Should there be some sort of law regarding infidelity?
>The government shouldn't be meddling with marriage.
Ideally that'd be the case, but when you get married, it is recognized by the state as a contract. When either partner cheats, it's a violation of that contract. Not to mention, there's very little penalty if a woman cheats, but a man will lose half his assets and children if he does.
>needing the state to protect you from being cucked cuck
Nolan Bailey
Bigamy is already a crime. There's other laws protecting the sanctity of marriage, but it varies state by state.
Connor Long
I hate that Sup Forums makes me doubt that that really pretty face actually belongs to a girl.

>Should there be some sort of law regarding infidelity? Yes, you should be able to beat your wife and his lover without any legal problem as long as there is evidence about the cheating.
Ayden Myers
I feel social groups should be left to themselves, even couples.
However if it crosses into a contract, yes. It can be agreed on while drafting the contract to exclude or include specific things. But if its taxation and held up by law, it should be enforced.
If you draft the contract that includes penalty for infidelity, it should be enforced and acknowledged.
Kevin Reyes
i'm about to cheat on my gf shut up
Christian Barnes
>Wife >And HIS lover
Hmmm.
Nicholas Myers
That's fucked, but you're not married. This about about marriage.
Also,
>implying.
Evan Johnson
>Should there be some sort of law regarding infidelity?
Forbidding it? No. But it should make a big difference in the outcome of divorce cases. If the woman cheats, the ruling should go in the man's favour
Sebastian Diaz
There used to be. Became unenforceable.
Brody Hughes
there shouldn't be a law regarding infidelity. there should be a marriage contract with infidelity clauses. i almost feel like couples should only opt for private arbitration in these cases, since private domestic disputes like this, in which civil liberties aren't violated, shouldn't tax public systems, but in practice human nature is such that people don't plan or save to take care of themselves legally, so it's just not practical to do things that way.
Christian Allen
there are. if she cheats, you can opt out of giving her a dime.
Jonathan Morales
Married folk should have the right of life and death over their partner, should one cheat.
Also, meme laws implying a husband can rape his wife need to disappear.
Daniel Nguyen
>Should there be some sort of law regarding infidelity? >it is recognized by the state as a contract no, the government should stop trying to police marriage, an inherently religious institution
Logan Gomez
In my state infidelity is illegal. It is a misdemeanor in 19 states and a felony in 2 states.
Josiah Cox
adultery has a stronger, negative emotional impact on a person than rape.
It's literally worse to cheat on a woman than to rape her.
Grayson Turner
Nice tits but her face...
Hudson Gutierrez
who's that amazing hapa?
Joshua Perry
Perhaps not infidelity per se but infidelity leadin to divorce or abortion should have consequences.
Brody Green
her face is amazing
Tyler Morgan
I think the cheater should be penalized by having no child custody rights and none of the couples assets should go to the cheater (not even a penny). I think it's the most effective deterrent to this degeneracy.
But somehow I feel like 5-10 years jail is good as well.
Blake Edwards
yeah, especially that long crooked anteater snout of a nose. truly amazing that anybody with such a distorted and hideous visage could ever be complemented. you must be a virgin, nerd.
Luis Murphy
One of the things Reagen did I could not stand he passed the no fault divorce law.
This and the feminist movement is why this sjw cancer shit is out of control.
Yea I'm a bitter oldfag that spent three years in court and 235,000 to be (((allowed))) to continue to be my daughter's dad
Blake Sanchez
>lose half his assets is this statement absolute? I find it hard to believe when compared to my domestic legislation that considers only means and assets attained through work at the time of the couple's relationship as common posessions up for division, including mortgage repayments; any means and assets accumulated prior to the beginning of the relationship belong to their respecitve parties and are not considered common posessions and neither do inheritances regardless when they come into posession of one of the partners (before or during the relationship, doesn't matter)
Aaron Brooks
>long crooked anteater snout of a nose you can't tell that with that image
Nathan Ross
You are either blind or 14yo. She is not hideous, but she is vaguely repulsive even caked with makeup. Imagine her without it. Crooked nose, two football fields of forehead, greasy hair, disproportionate features.
Brandon Bailey
This. Infidelity should result in at least some loss of entitlements during divorce.
Jaxon James
she's mixed white jap she's fucking cute

>rola-takizawa OH SHE'S A JAV? My god I mean that's good but then again what kind of society allows cute girls from becoming pornstars And people say japs are conservative lol
Kayden Wright
It’s been said that diamonds are a girl’s best friend. For Japanese porn sensation Rola Takizawa, known to some as Rola Misaki, 5 million dollars might be her next best friend. This killer goddess of a geisha has been slowly making waves in the Asian porn circuit for a while. Then, one day, she began making some serious headlines when rumors began to circulate that an infamous Chinese tycoon offered her five mill to be his personal assistant for 15 years. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of pulling one out to Rola’s steaming naked sex bod, you’d know she’s worth every penny. According to our sources, Rola is part Japanese with a tad of Russian in her, giving her that smooth pale mixed oriental delight of a look. She’s got impeccable skin, smooth curves, and an angel face you could stare at until your eyes begin drooling with backed up ball cum. Rola has got a smooth pair of tear drop tits that will make you cry, and firm little plum-shaped ass that will tempt the most adamant vegetarian to bite into that tush flesh. Her lotus flower pussy is crowned with some sweet Asian bush, and opens up like the gates of heaven when she’s getting ready for a meat injection. This Japanese sweetie pie could melt your heart when she’s on her knees, handling a rod, and looking up at you with those trusting doe eyes. Don’t be fooled, though, because this heavenly creature has also got a sinful side to her. We wish the Chinese magnate well, but also hope that he shares his treasure with the world. Show Less

Prenups = Worthless
All the rights have been transferred to the female, and all the responsibilities have been transferred to the male.
In other words, you sign a contract with a woman, she is under no legal obligation to fulfill any of her duties, and you have to fulfill yours regardless.
Xavier Bell
235,000? I'd have disappeared and had another kid. You could have raised two sons with the money you wasted on (((lawyers)))
Bentley James
Wow thats a crazy amount of money.
I spent 35k on a lawyer to for the right to see my kids every second weekend.
I dont even get to be their dad. I am excluded from every aspect of their lives and the courts couldn't care less.
The whole thing is a fucking scam/
William Gutierrez
There are laws, they have civil penalties. No one wants to go back to wasting time and money jailing adulterers, except maybe privatized prison companies.
