Also the major issue is really; what do you do with all of the people in prison for marijuana? Its not just as simple as let them all out of jail for free. There are a very large number of people that they would have to do that for. Believe me when I say they are not all just people who got caught with pot. The main problem is that there are some people in jail for pot possession. That are people you would really not want back on the streets. Which would really be letting criminals back into society which would not be a good thing.

I guarantee there would be people who die if it happens because some kid sold out a drug dealer.
