>It just prevents all entry into the US from countries that have an automatic entry ban
>No refugees or green card holders unless they are approved by the Secretary of Homeland Security (military, humanitarian, journalists, diplomats, etc)
>It applies to anyone who has been to these countries since March 1, 2011 or is a dual citizen of these countries
>People that are already here that are affected by the ban aren't being deported unless they leave and try to reenter the country, including green card holders
>A New York federal judge orders a stay for people who were in transit to America when the executive order was signed (this is about 3 dozen people total, not everyone)
>Customs and border protection ignore the court order and deport those people anyway
