Yes it is.
It works in a similar way as it worked to red pill people to vote for Trump.
First you need to determine their political beliefs. You should ask them about current topics and what they think about them but also maintain a neutral position. You should get to know what they think about refugees, islam, current wars going on and global politics. once you knwo these you should start with the actual red pilling.
Start with how sjws are violent. Show them that you are all in for freedom of speech and against violence.
Next you go over to Trump protests. You should show a position of you not liking Trump but you think he should have a right to act as President and his supporters shouldn't fear assautl. Show the typical Trump assassination threat videos.
Afterwards you go over to showing the dangers of radical islam and that patriotism is not something evil. Patriotism is about loving your country not others. Keep in mind that you still have an "I love everybody and just want free speech" attitude. In the end you go over to anti immigration videos. When you think the time is right then show your friends the AfD's program.
