A Bit of History:
The OSMS was created on September 11th, 2001 by a group of students at Orange County High School of the Arts. These students wanted to use their talents and creativity as weapons of mass creation. The agency operated in secret, trying different social experiments and campaigns to wake people up to reality through humor.
The OSMS creates, collects, and distributes dank, spicy, and savage memes to the masses. We have a comprehensive database of memes dating back to 9/11/01 and are adding to it every day. Our operatives have been working diligently to maintain this database and, in spite of defections and double agents, it has remained intact.
Over the past 16 years, we have grown in number (we have about 13k operatives as of January 2017) and we grow more and more every day. Last year a core member defected on Election Day and this year, we parted ways with a founding member. I decided to go public with the organization on January 23rd, 2007.
Today:
The Office of Strategic Meme Services is a wartime intelligence agency of the United States. The OSMS was formed to harness dank meme magic and use its savagery and spice to trigger America's enemies and to red pill America's masses. Like its predecessor the OSS, we have ten branches in our organization, which have been updated to reflect our modern needs.

Meme Experimental Unit - Operators research and develop new memes and test their effectiveness.
Trigger Squad - Operatives challenge the politically correct and care not for fee-fees.
Kek Force - Operatives manufacture rare and common Pepes and praise all top keks.
Morale Operations - Operatives support and comfort all Americans, with us or against us.
Operational Shitpost Command - Operatives take to the frontlines of social media and post effective memes.
Meme Magicians - Operatives study and practice the art of communicating efficiently with memes and sigils.
Red Pill Division - Operatives take to the frontlines of social media and confront the masses with the uncomfortable memes of reality.
Special Shitposting Operations - Operatives plan and execute campaigns to meme missions into reality.
BTFO Brigade - Operatives combat the downvoting griefers and haters who attempt to thwart the mission of the OSMS by spamming for visibility.

Nice internal quads! The creation of the OSMS was a direct response to the fall of the twin towers. The Orange County High School of the Arts was house in an old bank building with televisions in every room. Ever class sat and watched the fall of the twin towers over and over on repeat that day. It was also school picture day. A group of 7th graders, having known each other for merely days, banded together and decided we wanted to stop terrorism and help America with our creative talents.

Flooding the memestream is difficult, No one likes a forced meme. A true meme grows in popularity on its own if it is effective. Artists can create more effective and memorable memes using their skill and understanding of what is eye catching and memorable. Some of them spy, others spread fine art memes. Others infiltrate the elite occult circles.
