The voters that were flocking to Fillon for economic reasons would report their vote to Macron, that makes more sense than reporting them to the FN that wants higher taxes, earlier retirement, more governmental ingerence in businesses.
Fillon's economic voters are small business owners and workers of that sectors that are glad to see someone who doesn't like unions and wants to go easier on public spending and taxes. The FN wants the opposite of that.
