As someone who wants to embrace libertarianism fully but still has a few lingering doubts, how do you keep corporations from becoming the state-analogues that we would fight against in the first place?

Without strong influence from the state (such as subsidization that creates monopolies) there is nothing stopping a smaller company from out competing and checking the larger "state like" company.

Though I have doubts that monopolies are impossible without regulation, why would monopolies even be necessary for large businesses to mimic a state?
Imagine a scenario where five or six successful businesses create a joint venture to provide everything a community would need for living, and then incentivized buying from each other company within that community. They enforce terms and agreements rather than laws, under threat of lose of subscription - essentially expulsion from that community. The companies provide a private police force and utilities. This is a state analogue and essentially a closed market since the living costs inside of it can be artificially made to balance with the income available in that area, and dependent on the subscription's low pricing to make it from paycheck to paycheck.
I think this sort of setup would be more the rule than the exception because businesses are incentivized to create joint ventures to lower their ceiling and create avenues for resources - we see this in America already, just not so totally.

My issue with this lies in the honeypot of escalating the terms and agreements after the families are dependent on that corporate environment.
And definitely not shitposting, I appreciate the discourse. Right Libertarianism is something I'm very interested in and morally I agree with fully - and while I believe that successful individuals should reap whatever rewards comes with their success, I believe there is room for treading to occur in cases like I outlined above.
The worst part is, I don't necessarily have an alternative to point to, not one I stand by morally. I just want to know what the general "libertarian" response to my question would be.

The bitcoin meme is also pretty good as just a non-fakeable token of services yet repaid. The proof for why they aren't fakeable isn't easily understandable for laymen, though, and you have to have trust that the original producer didn't embed something tricksy in the blockchain to allow manipulation of it.
That's why bitcoins themselves are more valuable than other *coin alternatives, the blockchain has been around the longest and under the most scrutiny, and we have every reason to believe "Satoshi" made it as a naive proof-of-concept which is what makes it so trustable.
