I think the H1-B problem is bad as well, but there's a pretty limited number of those given out, where there is no limit on student visas.
Theres 1.1 MILLION foreigners clogging up US colleges, which push out the most talented Americans from the schools they should be attending. A 2005 freshman at MIT wouldn't get in now. American Noble laureate-level geniuses have to settle for lesser schools because Raj, Li or Muhammad submitted fake test scores and got accepted.
